Shipping

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”.   If your order states “PROCESSING”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse.  If your order has “SHIPPED”, you will see a delivery tracking number.

If you do not have an account, please contact our  Customer Service Team.  We will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information.  To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us so we can make sure it is shipped out with your previous order or waive shipping on this new additional order.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Illinois.

We accept VisaMasterCardDiscover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Note: Your account will automatically be charged when order is placed.

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification.    This may require us to contact your directly.  When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.

HASSLE FREE RETURNS

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 business days of the date of receipt for a refund less the shipping charges and a Handling and Processing Fee of $5.99
  • Merchandise must beReturned in their Original Condition (Unworn, Unwashed, Unaltered)
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any  hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
  • Please Note that your banking Institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (this typically takes up to an additional 3-5 business days or one billing cycle)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  2. Log in to your account. If you don’t have an account, enter your order number and last name to find your order.
  3. Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
  4. Please note, returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note, that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
  6. Drop off at your nearest USPS location or Carrier of your choice.
  7. We always recommend getting a tracking number as We are NOT Responsible for lost packages.

Since many of our items sell out very fast, we offer express exchanges to ensure we still have your item and size in stock. Simply place a new order for the item you need to exchange and we'll waive the shipping fee. Customers are granted (1) exchange opportunity per order.  Exchange requests are non-returnable.

  • Please reference your Old order number and the New Order number
  • Customer Care will waive the shipping fee on your New order
  • Fill out the online return form of the original item and mark the Reason as "exchange".
  • Return the original item within 14 business days from the date of receipt for a refund.
